TXIV NEEJ YAWG PROGRAM
Violence impacts the whole family. At Transforming Generations, we believe that using violence is a learned behavior, and for that reason, it can be unlearned. We use compassionate accountability, incorporate trauma-informed practices and cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches to support people in building healthier ways to be in relationship with themselves, their partners and the community.
Txiv Neej Yawg Program is an education program and support space for Hmong men who have used violence and caused harm.

Restorative Justice Program
There are many routes to accessing justice, healing and accountability and every life situation is different. At Transforming Generations, we are working to build out a different way of being in relationships and in community. Currently, we offer two options for support:
Restorative Aftercare Group - this is an aftercare support group for Hmong men who have completed the Txiv Neej Yawg Program at Transforming Generations, offering an extended support system beyond formal programming.
1:1 Restorative Processes - stay tuned for updates on this program.
