Program Director
(Hmong & Southeast Asian Culturally Focused Program)
Position: Full Time
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Overview: The Community Transformation Program Director works closely with the Executive Director and other program leadership to assure excellent services, a positive work culture, and sustainable programming that advances Transforming Generations’ mission to organize, educate, and transform cultural power dynamics to end gender-based violence in Hmong and Southeast Asian communities.
This position provides leadership and oversight for TG’s Community Transformation programs, including the Txiv Neej Yawg Program, Deportation/Immigration Work, and Restorative Justice Program. The Director is responsible for program planning, implementation, staff supervision, community engagement, evaluation, and data reporting.
The Director supports culturally responsive approaches to accountability, healing, violence prevention, and systems change. The position works with survivors, people who have caused harm, community members, leaders, service providers, legal partners, funders, and other stakeholders to strengthen community-based responses to harm.

Mental Health Therapist
(Hmong & Southeast Asian Culturally Focused Program)
Position: Full Time
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Overview: As a mental health therapist at Transforming Generations, you play a critical in supporting the healing and wellness of our participants. The mental health therapist will be responsible for providing therapy services, utilizing culturally sensitive/relevant approach that is grounded in trauma-informed care and anti-oppressive practices. They will spend 75% of their time at our main office and 25% at partner sites. They will work closely with the Program Director and staff to ensure excellent services, a positive work culture, and a sustainable organization, positioning Transforming Generations as a leader in the field of gender and queer justice work including domestic violence, sexual assault, and anti-violence work.
